Reflexions.2 China

Reflexions is an ongoing project. A process of observation and experimentation. Given life through light and shaped by mechanical movements the reflections are alive. Giant creatures of undetermined species, create a hypnotic sound and relate to each other.

Placing it in Tulou and modifying its scale brought us to one of the most popular expressions of the Chinese imaginary: the dragon. An interpretation of this mythical creature crawling and twisting as if it was breathing out all its dimensions and symbolism.

An atmosphere of serenity and spirituality that invites the spectators into taking consciousnes of the transmuting power of light on what surrounds us.
